Individual Health Programs

Our Longevity Medical Assessments are comprehensive health checkups conducted by experienced physicians and medical specialists. This assessment brings you clarity and insight into the state of your health, identifying potential issues to empower you moving forward, and optimizing your health for maximum performance.

Our assessment services offer both our base executive assessment, our executive assessment with advanced imaging, and our Longevity Medical Assessment which provides a new level of insight. No matter which service you choose, we offer personalized and actionable health insights that empower you to be proactive about your health.

Prevention is an integral step in living a life full of wellness and vitality.

How It Works

  • We conduct a thorough medical examination, diagnostic imaging, complete and comprehensive blood and biomarker panels , looking for anything that may be a concern or areas you should change to improve your health. The earlier that any issues are detected, the easier it is to treat.

  • You meet with our physician for a general health checkup and examination where we review your health history, sleep, stress, lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, mental health and do a complete physical exam. Your blood work is assessed, vitals are taken and your vision checked. If you have fatigue and low energy, for example, bloodwork may show the reason.

  • We assess your heart, which is the pump of the body and keeps blood flowing but can become clogged or damaged, potentially leading to a heart attack or stroke. We use bloodwork, ECG and a stress test to evaluate your heart, as well as advanced diagnostic imaging.

  • We assess your kidneys, which are an important filter and keep your blood clean. Early damage to kidneys does not show symptoms so we want to catch issues as early as possible.

  • A urine sample and ultrasound of your abdomen, pelvis will help with early detection, as well as advanced imaging for fatty liver and carotid artery scans.

  • We assess your liver, which similarly to the kidneys, cleans your blood and also processes nutrients from your food that the body needs. We use bloodwork, an abdominal ultrasound and any symptoms like abdominal discomfort to evaluate your liver health.

  • We assess your lung function, checking for disease and making sure your lungs are sound and healthy.

  • We screen for a variety of cancers in the organs and blood. Our goal is to detect any abnormalities even if quite small as early as possible, before you notice symptoms, so that there is ample time to address them.

  • We do a prostrate check for men over 40 and a breast check for women over 40, or earlier if there are risk factors.

  • Depending on the assessment you choose your medical day will be between 4-5 hours, including meeting with the doctor throughout the day.

  • After your physical exam and assessment, you’ll receive a personalized health report summarizing our recommendations as well as a follow up with our physician.

Continue the Longevity Journey

There is an opportunity for application into our year-round 3.0 Longevity Medical Program. This sees individuals work with our Longevity medical team of physicians and subspecialty radiologists to optimize their healthspan and longevity performance.

Physician’s Note: The Preventative Health Assessments (PHA) and Longevity Medical Programs are not intended to replace the services of your family physician, but rather complement them. Each PHA takes approximately 4-5 hours to complete. A personalized health report (PHR) detailing the results and recommendations will be presented to you after the assessment. We encourage you to share these results with your family physician for continuity of care. We do not arrange any additional testing and/or specialist appointments as part of the medical exam and PHA. If any additional testing or specialist referral is recommended during the PHA, our physicians will discuss the next steps with you in detail so you can make the necessary arrangements through your family physician.
